Warranty & Crash Policy
Every component is backed by your statutory legal guarantee, plus MVMT's own coverage for manufacturing defects and a dedicated crash replacement program for original owners.
Your Statutory Legal Guarantee
If you're purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you're entitled by law to a minimum 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771, as implemented into the national law of your country of residence. It covers goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery, and it applies regardless of anything else on this page.
This statutory right exists independently of MVMT's own commercial warranty and Crash Replacement Program below — it can't be excluded, limited, or reduced by our commercial terms. Depending on where you live, your national law may grant additional or longer protection than this EU minimum, in which case the more protective rule applies.
EU Statutory Warranty
Legal conformity guarantee covering material flaws, delamination, and manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Crash Replacement
If a crash compromises your cockpit or wheelset outside of warranty coverage, original owners can replace it at a reduced price.

Typical time for our support team to review a submitted claim and get back to you with next steps.
What We Cover
- Structural carbon fiber fractures occurring under normal riding within rated limits.
- Resin delamination or manufacturing bond seam separation.
- Factory hardware defects present straight out of the box.
- Finish defects (peeling, bubbling) unrelated to impact or chemical exposure.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage from exceeding the torque spec printed on your specific component.
- Crash damage, impacts, or transit damage (see Crash Replacement Program below).
- Normal cosmetic wear, or exposure to solvents not intended for the material.
- Products bought second-hand, or unauthorized structural modification.
Crash Replacement Program
Crashes happen. If your carbon handlebar, stem, or wheelset sustains impact damage that falls outside warranty coverage, original owners can access a non-transferable replacement credit within [X years] of purchase.

Capture the Issue
Take a few clear photos, including the serial number and the full setup.
Contact Support
Send your photos, proof of purchase, and a short description to info@mvmtcycling.com.
Review
Our support team reviews the claim and lets you know the outcome and next steps.
Resolution
We arrange a repair, replacement, refund, or crash replacement voucher as applicable.
